/r-list A post shared by Joe Mancini (@joe_mancini) on Jul 27, 2018 at 11:56am PDT Joe Mannucci, the editor of the conservative news site Breitbart, has released a new video explaining how civil restitution laws can be used to enforce anti-Semitism in the United States.
Civil restitution laws are often used in the US to protect the Jewish community from anti-Semitic discrimination and harassment.
Civil restitution laws have been used in recent years to recover the civil rights of Black and Hispanic Americans, to prosecute anti-Semites, and to reverse a judge’s decision to award $6.7 million to a man who killed his ex-wife.
However, anti-SJW groups have successfully used civil restitution in the past to push anti-Jewish discrimination and anti-semitism.
In 2016, the Southern Poverty Law Center reported that between 2008 and 2016, approximately $100 million was recovered from anti.SJWs who had committed a hate crime were ordered to pay a $3,000 fine.
In 2016, former U.S. Rep. Debbie Dingell, a Democrat, introduced the Hate Crimes Prevention Act, which would have provided $10,000 to the victims of anti-Israel hate crimes.
The bill failed in Congress but has since been reintroduced.
The new video, released on Thursday, is part of a series of videos Mancina and Breitbart editor Joel Pollak released on Friday.
In the video, Pollak explains how civil forfeiture laws can use their power to punish people who break the law by participating in criminal activity.
“Civil forfeiture laws are designed to help fund law enforcement and provide incentives to prosecute people who commit crimes, not punish them for engaging in crimes,” Mancino said.
The video was created as a way to counter the notion that anti-discrimination and anti -semitic laws are being abused by anti-white racists and racists who are attempting to destroy the Jewish people.
“It’s a false narrative,” Mascucci said.
“We’re not saying that the people that are committing the crimes are white supremacists or anti-semites.
We’re saying that they are using civil forfeiture to make a statement that we can’t be a part of society and we can be free to engage in whatever activity we want to engage.””
It is a false claim that anti.sjw is trying to take over the American civil rights movement, because we’re not,” Mannuccio added.
“The fact of the matter is that civil forfeiture has been used for decades to punish individuals who commit violent crimes.
Civil forfeiture can be done as a punishment for those who commit hate crimes, or to get the money back.””
I’m a fan of civil forfeiture.
It’s one of the most progressive things I’ve ever seen.
And I’m a big supporter of the Second Amendment,” Mottucci said, referencing the right to bear arms.
“I’m also a fan that they can be put in place for people who are committing criminal activity.”
“But, in order to have civil forfeiture, there has to be an actual conviction,” Maccucci added.
Mannucci noted that a conviction under civil forfeiture would make it nearly impossible for the victim to sue the person who used their civil forfeiture money to commit the crime.
“This is one of those things where you have to go back to the laws that have been in place since 1868,” Manchucci said of civil restitution.
“There has to have been an actual criminal conviction.
And you have got to show a real reason that this money has been taken from you.
That’s really difficult to prove, and it’s very difficult to get a conviction, especially if you’re white.””
The law is a bit of a slippery slope,” Pollak said.”
I think this is something that we’ve seen from civil forfeiture before, where it’s really been abused and abused.
You have people that use it as a tool to get money back,” Manna said.
Mancilla added that “the law can be abused.
And it should not be abused.”
The Anti-Defamation League also weighed in on the video.
“The notion that the government is using civil restitution to force individuals to pay money for crimes that were committed decades ago is wrong,” ADL President Jonathan Greenblatt said in a statement.
“This is a case of anti.
This is a far-right group using a legal strategy to harass Jewish communities.
This should not happen.””
When the law is misused, it undermines the legitimacy of our system of justice and undermines the rule of law,” Greenblat added.
